ANTI-INSOMNIA
SLEEPWELL
Insomnia is ill-timed wakefulness. Insomnia is both the every once in a while “can’t sleep” and the nightly or chronic inability to fall asleep and remain asleep throughout the night until time to get up the next morning.
A sound deep sleep begins in the brain and is required by the physical body, the emotions, the mental and intuitive for their nightly repair, maintenance, rejuvenation and revitalization.
Good sleep balances our physical nature with our more subtle immaterial conscious awareness. Our consciousness shifts from material form to spiritual form; eventually, with self effort and grace, to spirit formlessness.
A goodnight sleep is dreaming and with cell rejuvenation.

SLEEP AND DREAMS
When we lay our bodies down to sleep we switch from material to immaterial and switch on the stages of sleep and its’ dreams. Of the two, sleep and dreams, it is easier to get by on less sleep than on too few dreams. Sleep is not an unconscious, passive and dormant state. Sleep is a continuing process of the body’s nervous system. A light sensitive clock, the pineal gland, starts the sleep-related functions in the brain cells.
In sleep, sensory input to the brainstem is reduced while the electrical activity, the output to the cerebral cortex, drops below the conscious level of wakefulness. A sleeping person’s brain at no time switches off. The brain remains active twenty-four hours every day of life.
The sleep cycle is composed of four stages. Each sleep cycle is 70-90 minutes. The average sleeper gets four or five of these sleep cycles per night. Usually six to eight hours. Sleep involves repeated cycles of activity, each is comprised of four-step stages.
But many of us are not average and do not get six to eight hours of sleep. I average about five hours most nights. I do recognize and value the need for sleep and dreams. Each stage is beneficial to our well-being. Deep sleep stimulates growth hormones that build and repair cellular and body tissues. The importance is not how long we sleep, but how well we sleep. SLEEPWELL is not a sleeping pill. It does not make you sleep. It assists the brain in putting the body through the four necessary stages of sleep.
SLEEPWELL is a natural food supplemental herbal formula that nourishes the brain with its specific food needs and SLEEPWELL gently relaxes and drifts the brain from conscious to deep sleep during the first twenty minutes of the first sleep cycle. Generally it works first time every time. The sleeper goes directly to the REM, rapid-eye-movement sleep. The brainstem now fires waves of signals to nearby cells, causing an astounding effect in the cerebral cortex. The cortex draws on memory banks, subconscious mind, emotions and even personal patterns of behavior in order to harmonize the inner and outer world of the sleeper and give peace of mind. While dreaming, the brain produces a paralysis of the large muscles. Stillness. The body of clay becomes husk.
In an already healthy, physical body, sleep balances and recharges the emotive state of the sleeper, thus one has a feeling of renewal, rest and relaxation. In an already healthy emotive body, sleep balances and recharges the mental body, thus one has a fresh interested outlook upon awakening. In healthy mental…sleep…or the subconscious or etheric body…one…has a loving and forgiving in look in one’s self. SLEEPWELL lets one experience the sleep and dreams of the average six to eight hours pattern in five hours – dully refreshed and ready for another day.
SLEEPWELL is a complete night of deep sleep and dreams in four to six hours. SLEEPWELL recharges the body. When the body is balanced, allergies, susceptibility to infection, depression, headaches, rashes, and other psychosomatic symptoms and other disturbed signs usually disappear. Those who sleep the average six to eight hours but have sleep irregularities may also benefit from SLEEPWELL. Most sleep troubles are not psychiatric but neuro-biochemical; or neurobiological faults. Muscle cramps, restless behavior and difficulty in falling asleep is often associated with low calcium and magnesium stored in the body. Caution: taking a sugary processed food substance within 2 hours before bed will cause the blood sugar level to steadily fall through the night – you may be awakened by a nightmare. Some sleepers are awakened with adrenalin when the blood sugar falls. The adrenalin can make a normal dream to become a very, very scary dream. Also, taking sugar up to two hours before bed inhibits the brain body release of growth hormones which is needed for cell growth and repair which takes place mainly in the first 90 minutes of deep sleep.
For those who are faced with sudden time shift changes in their sleep and wake hours such as police, firemen, military personnel, you can occasionally get by on the minimum sleep cycle of three hours. You will get through your day alert and capable. For those who rapidly cross time zones, SLEEPWELL resets your inner biological time clock.
Two drinks of alcohol per night eliminate rapid eye movement, REM sleep; the sleep stage where dreaming and rejuvenation take place.
SLEEPWELL is a non-habit forming, non-toxic, and gentle enough for you to awaken out of sleep and yet return you to the deep sleep again. When your body is ill take three SLEEPWELL. SLEEPWELL is a nightly dream come true. Experience this sleep and dream for your good health and well-being.
